Order two sizes, keep one

Finding your size online shouldn't be a guessing game. With Fit Pair, you can order the same Becky pump in two sizes, try them both at home, and keep the one that feels like yours.

How it works

  1. Add the same style and shade to your bag in two sizes. Most women choose their usual size and a half size up or down.
  2. Both pairs are charged at checkout.
  3. Try them on at home, indoors on carpet or a rug, with the clear sole protectors left on.
  4. Send back the pair you're not keeping within 7 days of delivery, using the prepaid label in your box.
  5. We'll refund that pair to your original payment method within 2 business days of it arriving back with us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

What's included

  • Becky Pump 70mm and 90mm in Kumasi, Enugu, Rio and Gaborone. More styles and shades are coming.
  • One Fit Pair per order, for orders shipping within the US.
  • Pre-orders and final-sale items aren't included.

To get your full refund

  • Return the pair unworn, in its original box and dust bag, with the sole protectors still on.
  • Pairs that show outdoor wear, scuffed soles or creasing can't be refunded. We'll get in touch before deciding anything.
  • If we don't receive a return within 7 days of delivery, we'll assume you're keeping both pairs.
