SHIPPING IS A FLAT RATE OF $20 FOR ALL US CUSTOMERS. WE OFFER FREE EXCHANGES & RETURNS TO CUSTOMERS IN THE USA AND FREE RETURNS FOR CUSTOMERS IN CANADA.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS THE SHIPPING RATE WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES AND TAXES UPON DELIVERY.
All orders will typically be shipped within 48hrs and any delays in shipping will be communicated. Shoes will be delivered using USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS depending on your location.
14 Days from receipt for a refund, 30 days from receipt for an exchange or store credit.**All shoes should be tried on on a clean, carpeted surface. If shoe soles show any sign of wear we will not be able to accept them for return or exchange. If shoes come with a plastic covering on soles and covering is removed we will only be able to provide a store credit, no refunds, should we deem the item eligible.** All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and dust-bags.

As we are still growing, exchanges can only be made for inventory currently in stock. Should your desired shoe not be available, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
