DOMESTIC SHIPPING: UK & Ireland
Orders will be processed and sent out for delivery Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. All orders will typically be shipped within 24hrs. Please make sure that your order is being shipped to a secure location. Once the package has been delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shoes will be delivered using UPS or FedEx depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In the email you will be provided with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your order please contact us at email@example.com
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the items within 30 days of order for a full refund. Customer is responsible for all associated shipping and return fees. Please ensure you purchase tracking for your shipment as we are not responsible for the goods until we receive them. Returns should be made to:

All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging along with the original invoice. All shoes must include the original shoe box and dust bags. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted clean surface. If shoe soles show any sign of wear we will not be able to accept them for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the above conditions. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you receive you’re your return for it to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
