SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer free Ground Shipping on all US orders and free exchanges & returns to customers in the USA and Canada.

For international customers, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.  CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES AND TAXES UPON DELIVERY. 

All orders will typically be shipped within 48hrs and any delays in shipping will be communicated. Shoes will be delivered using USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS depending on your location.  

 RETURNS

14 Days from receipt for a refund, 30 days from receipt for an exchange or store credit

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In the email you will be provided with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your order please contact us at orders@kahmune.com

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or 30 days for an exchange for store credit

All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging along with the original invoice (where applicable). All shoes must include the original shoe box and dust bags

**All shoes should be tried on on a clean, carpeted surface. If shoe soles show any sign of wear we will not be able to accept them for return or exchange. If shoes come with a plastic covering on soles and covering is removed we will only be able to provide a store credit, no refunds, should we deem the item eligible.** 

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the above conditions.  Please allow 1 week from the time we receive your your return for it to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

We are currently only able to offer free returns for customers in the USA and Canada. All other customers are liable for associated return shipping fees.

EXCHANGES

As we are still growing, exchanges can only be made for inventory currently in stock. Should your desired shoe not be available, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
