All orders will typically be shipped within 48hrs and any delays in shipping will be communicated. Shoes will be delivered using USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS depending on your location.
RETURNS
14 Days from receipt. Please email us at orders@kahmune.com to request an electronic return label. **All shoes should be tried on on a clean, carpeted surface. If shoe soles show any sign of wear we will not be able to accept them for return or exchange. If shoes come with a plastic covering on soles and covering is removed we will only be able to provide a store credit, no refunds, should we deem the item eligible.** All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging along with the original invoice (where applicable).
EXCHANGES
As we are still growing, exchanges can only be made for inventory currently in stock. Should your desired shoe not be available, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
